While we don't offer returns, we do honor the Embrilliance 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers have 90 days to try out and love their software. If for whatever reason they don't love it, they can return it to back to the purchasing dealer (your shop.) You are responsible for refunding the customer's money, but you will never be left with a product that you cannot sell. All returns must be approved and be issued a return authorization number. 

Returned merchandise must be physically sent back for a replacement item. Dealers are responsible for return shipping.  Upon inspection, a new replacement will be shipped back to you. It's just that easy!
